Testing MEMS Modules

A failure analysis team at a leading German sensor supplier to the automotive industry needed an isolated test environment so that they could probe automotive MEMS modules and components at –55°C to +150°C. A MEMUNITY Member was able to specially configure a standard manual prober with a local environment chamber including a temperature forcing system and a customized substrate holder. The unique feed-throughs to the chamber allow the flexible use of up to 20 Manipulators.
